At Shar Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most instruments and accessories. If your selection doesn't meet your musical needs, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bows, cases, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label and Ship

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
