We offer a 30-day trial period for most instruments and bows. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that some items like opened strings or rosin are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

Every instrument sold by Shar Music undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and professional setup by our in-house luthiers. This includes bridge fitting, peg adjustment, and fingerboard surfacing to ensure it is ready to play out of the box.
