The sculpted high gloss shell is surprisingly strong, because we added 20% carbon fiber to its fiberglass backbone, increasing strength, yet keeping it light. Smoothly rolling wheels are a great help at the airport or in hallways at music school. Easy to use latches flip out of the way when opening with just the touch of your thumb. Inside, elegant dark gray lining coordinates perfectly with the shell and trim. Firm suspension padding with soft retention pads, clip-style neck and scroll restraints, magnetic closure on the soft cloth bow holders, and an extra large accessory pocket in the top to hold a set of strings and rosin. We've even included a small internal pocket to hold one or two sheet music titles. Backpacking straps and pull handle included. Fits most cello patterns except Montagnana. 4/4 size. Only 7.85 lbs!
